Hello from Nashville!

Hi friends! We are currently staying in St. Louis, MO on a temporary break from our exciting tour! We have welcomed a brand-new nephew into this world, and are spending time with friends. Back in the Great Northwest

As of September, Insomniac Folklore is officially back in the Northwest. We had a great time with all of you at X-Fest Northwest, and are looking forward to playing more shows around Oregon! Be sure to write us if you would like us to play in your town! Sept 15, 2012

SteamCon & More!

We are looking forward to playing SteamCon IV’s Phantom Cabaret in a few weeks, and we hope to see you there! We are also thrilled to be playing some shows before and after SteamCon with the lovely Unwoman, so if you can’t make it to the steampunk convention, console yourself at Cottage Grove’s Axe & Fiddle on Oct. 24th or Portland’s Jade Lounge on the 29th.
In other news, we have two new music videos in the works, for “The Scariest thing in the Dark” and “Sleep in Your Car”.

The Scariest Thing in the Dark is a hit with kids!

The reviews are in - our new E.P. has become quite popular among our friends’ children (perhaps because they are naturally more aware of the biological oddities lurking in the dark corners of every home). If you often experience the pitter patter of little feet creeping about in the twilight, our delightfully devious collection of bedtime stories and lullabies may be just the thing for you. Gearing up for Festival Season

Insomniac Folklore is set to play Cornerstone Festival this summer as well as XFEST Northwest. We hope to see you there!
